T.I. Denies Tiny Divorce Rumors: Rapper Says Couple Not Splitting Up

Following several puzzling Instagram posts this weekend from T.I. and his wife Tameka "Tiny" Harris, talk began to grow that the pair were possibly calling it quits after three years of marriage.

But TMZ reports that 33-year-old rapper -- born Clifford Joseph Harris -- told the site that his marriage to Tiny, 38, is not on the rocks and the posts were the result of a simple lover's quarrel.

TMZ posted the following on Tuesday afternoon:

T.I. tells us yeah, there was a big argument, but it was over something pretty stupid. Tiny wanted to walk the Grammy red carpet and watch the show but T.I. wanted none of it. He says they angrily challenged each other on who would end up having more fun that night.

Tiny's close friend and hair stylist Shekinah Anderson joined in the rumor control on Monday, posting an adorable image of the couple with a caption that also knocked the divorce rumors. The post said:

"People stop with the BS @majorgirl and @troubleman31 are good!!! (They are still together) Don’t believe everything you hear!!!!! Don’t believe the hype!!!!"

This isn’t the first time that the couple has faced divorce rumors. But, with the timing of the posts coinciding with Grammys weekend and the fact that they attended separate events during their time in Los Angeles, many grew concerned that their actions may have marked the end of one of hip hop’s favorite couples.

But seeing that many of the questionable posts have since been deleted from both of their Instagram accounts, it appears, for now, that it was most likely just a brief spat between the two.
