Tia Mowry flaunted her newly slimmed down figure on Instagram Tuesday during a family vacation in Hawaii. "The Game" alum, who just celebrated her 39th birthday, shared the photo after revealing to her followers in June that she shed 20 pounds.

Mowry has been very open about her diet and weight loss journey on social media, which has reportedly affected her chances of getting pregnant. The "Sister Sister" star gave birth to son Cree Taylor Hardrict in 2011.

Mowry took to Instagram Tuesday to show off her slimmer physique and toned abs in a two-piece swimsuit from BFYNE Swimwear.

"I love me. And that's all that matters! Ps. this photo is not photoshopped one bit," she wrote on Instagram. "Those that think so can kiss my ass!"

Mowry's picture comes on the heels of her initial weight loss reveal in June. The actress last month shared a mirror picture that flaunted her toned abs and legs. She claimed that her cookbook was the source of her new physique, saying: "I've lost 20 pounds! Many asked how? Diet and cooking out of my cook book [sic]."

Mowry's cookbook, "Whole New You," boasts a variety of clean-eating recipes to encourage readers to take on a healthier diet. She also shares recipes for success on the Cooking Channel’s "Tia Mowry at Home."

MEGAN FOX

Fox reportedly readjusted her post-baby body diet when her unwanted weight "wasn't coming off the same way" with her second child, Bodhi Ransom Green, according to E!

The "New Girl" actress, who was filming "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" after giving birth, told the news outlet that "I was eating really clean, like, to the point where food is no longer exciting and you're eating as a chore."

STACY KEIBLER

Keibler shared her post-baby body weight loss regimen on her blog in 2014.

"I took my midwife’s advice and waited four weeks to let my body heal before working out again," Keibler wrote. "The day I was cleared to exercise, I started walking and working with my trainer Nonna Gleyzer to properly re-attach my ab muscles. Breastfeeding also helped me take off the baby weight because it burns about 300 to 500 calories per day."

BLAKE LIVELY

Lively revealed to The Sun in 2016 that she reshaped her post-baby body for "The Shallow," giving her abnormal results.

"I focused on training and eating well. It took two different trainers and a nutritionist to help me get into that sort of shape because it’s not normal to look like that eight months after having a kid," she said.

ALICIA SILVERSTONE

"The Kind Diet" author, who boasted a slimmed down figure not long after her pregnancy, encouraged fans to adopt a plant-based diet.

"I stopped the [prison] dieting thing 11 years ago when I went vegan — which I did for the animals," she told Women's Health in 2009. "But magically, all this weight came off. Imagine that freedom!"
