Tiki Barber, the ex-Giant who left his wife Ginny while she was pregnant in the hospital with twins for his 23-year-old mistress, has finally agreed to a settlement with his ex.
Barber, 36, and his Maxim-model Traci Lynn Johnson were reportedly eager to tie the knot this spring. However, Barber and Ginny, who has an eight-old-son and a nine-year-old son as well as twin girls born last May, were fighting over money and assets, reported AM New York. The couple was married for 11 years.
Ginny's lawyer, Nancy Chemtob, said all of the custody and financial matters were resolved, reported the Daily News.
The entire matter is settled, Chemtob said, according to the New York Post.. Everything is resolved.
At the time of the divorce, Barber claimed he was unable to meet Ginny's alimony demands, reported the Post.
Barber handed the divorce papers two years ago, when his relationship with his mistress went public while his wife was in the hospital birthing twins. At the time, Barber was a correspondent for NBC's Today show. Johnson was a former NBC intern and a Maxim model.
Tuesday night, Johnson tweeted that she was out celebrating with Barber.
