Tim Tebow to the Jacksonville Jaguars?

That is still a possibility after Tebow's trade to the New York Jets hit a snag Wednesday afternoon after the Denver Broncos asked the Jets to pay them $5 million in salary advances that go to the quarterback. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Tebow's contract includes a salary advance worth a total $6.2 million, of which $1.2 million Denver has already been paid.

ESPN reports that the $5 million difference is still advanced against Tebow's future salary for the remaining three years in his contract. As a result, that burden would shift to the Jets in a trade. However, the Jets believe that the Broncos should owe Tebow that money.

Fox Sports reported that the Jaguars and the Jets were the two finalists for Tebow's services.
