Leggett & Platt, Inc. (NYSE:LEG) shares declined 5.81 percent to $22.20 in aftermarket trading session. The company lowered 2011 earnings forecast to a range of $1.15 to $1.20 per share compared to its earlier estimation of $1.25 to $1.40 and analysts’ estimation of $1.34 per share.

EQT Corp. (NYSE:EQT) shares declined 5.09 percent to $64.35 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported third quarter net profit of $178.91 million or $1.19 per share compared to $36.52 million or $0.24 per share in the same quarter last year.

Viad Corp. (NYSE:VVI) shares declined 4.48 percent to $20.89 in post market trading session after surging more than 13.32 percent in regular trading session.

Tidewater Inc. (NYSE:TDW) shares declined 4.42 percent to $48.84 in aftermarket trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $38.80, a 52-week high of $63.55 and $2.64 billion in market capitalization.

Global Geophysical Services, Inc. (NYSE:GGS) shares declined 4.4 percent to $9.36 in post market trading session.

Insperity, Inc. (NYSE:NSP) shares declined 4.31 percent to $26 in post market trading session. The company stock surged more than 8 percent in regular trading session.

ENSCO plc. (NYSE:ESV) shares declined 4.28 percent to $49.87 in aftermarket trading session.
