The top pre-market NASDAQ stock market gainers are: Interactive Brokers Group, SodaStream International, Deckers Outdoor, Research In Motion, optionsXpress Holdings, Sangamo Biosciences, DepoMed, Silver Standard Resources, and Pan American Silver.

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (IBKR) soared 4.21 percent to $18.30 in the pre-market session. The company said its board has declared a special cash dividend of $1.79 a common share, payable on Dec. 23 to shareholders of record Dec. 9.

Interactive Brokers said the aggregate pretax amount to be paid by its operating companies will be about $1 billion. The company expects to pay dividend from cash on hand. Cash and cash equivalents at the end of September 30, 2010 was $1.29 billion.

SodaStream International Ltd. (SODA) surged 3.80 percent to $43.18 in the pre-market trading. The company's third quarter adjusted profit was 3.9 million euros or 31 cents a share, up from 2.6 million euros or 21 cents a share last year. Revenue rose 51.7 percent to 42 million euros.

Deckers Outdoor Corp. (DECK) jumped 2.38 percent to $74.77 in the pre-market trading.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) improved 1.93 percent to $60.13 in the pre-market session. Jefferies & Co. upgraded RIMM to 'buy' from 'hold' and increased its price target to $80 from $55. For full story please click here.

optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. (OXPS) climbed 1.27 percent to $17.57 in the pre-market trading. The company said its board has declared a special cash dividend of $4.50 a common share, payable on Dec. 27 to shareholders of record Dec. 13. The total amount of the dividend is about $259 million.

Sangamo Biosciences Inc. (SGMO) grew 1.10 percent to $4.60 in the pre-market session.

DepoMed Inc. (DEPO) increased 0.93 percent to $5.45 in the pre-market trading.

Silver Standard Resources Inc. (SSRI) gained 0.73 percent to $26.09 in the pre-market session.

Pan American Silver Corp. (PAAS) moved up 0.30 percent to $37.07 in the pre-market trading.
