Banner Corp. (BANR) lost 1.79 percent to $2.20 in the pre-market trading.

Eurand N.V. (EURX) fell 1.45 percent to $11.56 in the pre-market session.

Ascent Media Corp. (ASCMA) plunged 1.18 percent to $38.51 in the pre-market trading.

Baidu, Inc. (BIDU) plummeted 0.56 percent to $99.57 in the pre-market session.

Prospect Capital Corp. (PSEC) fell 0.37 percent to $10.80 in the pre-market trading. The company said it made a second lien secured debt investment of $15 million to support the acquisition of Jordan Healthcare Holdings, Inc. by affiliates of Palladium Equity Partners, LLC.

Separately, Prospect Capital said it made a senior secured debt investment of $18 million to support the acquisition by a private equity firm of a market share transportation services company. Prospect acted as the facility agent and led a group of club lenders for the transaction.

NVIDIA Corp. (NVDA) slid 0.27 percent to $14.96 in the pre-market session.

Applied Materials, Inc. (AMAT) tumbled 0.21 percent to $14.05 in the pre-market trading.

Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) slid 0.13 percent to $179.77 in the pre-market session.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (TEVA) declined 0.08 percent to $51.81 in the pre-market trading.

Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) moved down 0.03 percent to $182.08 in the pre-market session.
