Motricity, Inc. (MOTR) dropped 6.02 percent to $20 in the pre-market session.

BSD Medical Corp. (BSDM) fell 5.30 percent to $5 in the pre-market trading. The company announced success in its initial product launch for the MicroThermX Microwave Ablation System (MTX-180).

American Capital, Ltd. (ACAS) tumbled 2.85 percent to $7.50 in the pre-market session. The company said in a regulatory filing that it and American Capital Agency Management, LLC entered into an underwriting agreement with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.

The agreement is with respect to the sale by American Capital of 8 million shares of its common stock to the underwriters and the grant by American Capital to the underwriters of an option to purchase all or part of 1.2 million additional shares of its common stock to cover over allotments.

Aixtron AG (AIXG) lost 2.40 percent to $34.90 in the pre-market trading.

Vodafone Group plc (VOD) plunged 2.19 percent to $26.38 in the pre-market session.

Logitech International SA (LOGI) plummeted 2.15 percent to $19.12 in the pre-market trading.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) declined 1.52 percent to $3.23 in the pre-market session.

Broadcom Corp. (BRCM) decreased 1.33 percent to $44.38 in the pre-market trading. FBR Capital Markets raised its price target on shares of Broadcom to $49 from $45, while maintaining its 'outperform' rating. The brokerage raised its 2011 EPSe stimate to $2.95 from $2.85 and its 2012 estimate to $3.00 from $2.80.

During the annual analyst day on Tuesday, Broadcom raised its fourth quarter revenue guidance, where it now sees revenue tracking at the high end of guidance near $1.9 billion (up 5 percent sequential, up 43 percent year-over-year). Gross margins, R&D spending, and share-count metrics should be slightly worse than prior guidance, largely due to the several acquisitions that Broadcom made this quarter.

AutoNavi Holdings Ltd. (AMAP) moved down 1.29 percent to $16.02 in the pre-market trading.

Baidu, Inc. (BIDU) fell 1.00 percent to $105.55 in the pre-market trading.
