Gulfport Energy Corp. (GPOR) plummeted 8.43 percent to $20.32 in the pre-market session. The company announced a public offering of 3.4 million shares of common stock by Charles Davidson and one of his affiliates. Immediately prior to this offering, Davidson beneficially owned about 34 percent of Gulfport's common stock. Gulfport will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering.

Veeco Instruments Inc. (VECO) plunged 4.94 percent to $47.50 in the pre-market trading.

Horizon Technology Finance Corp. (HRZN) fell 2.44 percent to $14.80 in the pre-market session.
