Actress Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott are selling their Encino, CA home for $3.199 million.
The couple reportedly paid $2.495 million for the 6,718-square-foot villa in 2008, according to Realtor. Built in 2001, the 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath manse sits on 0.41 acres and features a winding stair case and music room with fireplace. All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with the master bath including a fireplace, flat screen TV, spa tub, balcony and walk-in closet.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star has recently announced using Twitter that she and McDermott are pregnant with their third child.
