During a recent Travis Scott concert at Terminal 5 in New York City, two different fans jumped from balconies at the venue which unfortunately led to one of the fans being injured. Following the injury, Scott has responded to the issue with a statement and reportedly feels like he is not to blame.

“The safety of everyone is held in the highest regard and we are currently conducting an internal investigation to ensure that this does not happen again,” a statement from Scott’s team reads. “We are deeply concerned about the guest who was injured and intend to offer him our support.”

During the show, Scott could be heard telling a fan hanging from a balcony railing, “I see you, but are you gon’ do it? They gon, catch you; don’t be scared.” That fan fell from the second floor balcony and appeared to be caught by fans below. The other fan fell from the third floor, but according to TMZ, the rapper did not encourage that person to jump.

The “Goosebumps” artist’s team is currently in contact with the fan, who reportedly suffered a possible broken leg and fractured back, and is also trying to determine if the fan actually jumped or was pushed off the balcony.

Following this latest incident, Travis Scott may have to turn down his antics when he joins Kendrick Lamar on the “DNA.” rapper’s upcoming “DAMN.” tour. Scott, who will be joined by rapper D.R.A.M., will be the opening acts for the 17-city tour. Check out the tour dates below:

After the release of his second studio album, “Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight” in 2016, the Houston rapper will follow up the project with “AstroWorld.” Speaking with GQ, Scott said the record may “be the best music” he has ever made.

“I have two records on the album that are like, man, they are the best. They tore down ‘AstroWorld’ to build more apartment space,” he said. “That’s what it’s going to sound like, like taking an amusement park away from kids. We want it back. We want the building back. That’s why I’m doing it. It took the fun out of the city.”

Supported by the singles “Goosebumps” and “Pick Up the Phone,” Scott’s “Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight” was certified gold after selling more than 500,000 copies.
