Twitter challenges are far from over. Spencer Pratt of the U.S. reality TV series The Hills says he wants to compete against actor Ashton Kutcher in a Twitter popularity duel, after Kutcher became the first on Thursday of have a million followers.

Pratt challenged Kutcher to a 30-day Twitter contest that will be decided by each contestant's final users tally, E! Online reported on Friday.

If I win, Ashton and Demi [Moore] have to wash my car. If he loses, Pratt says, Heidi [Montag] and I will clean their house, Pratt told Us Magazine.

Ashton had just defeated cable network channel CNN, in the race to become the first to have 1 million followers.

In his victory speech, Kutcher said, We can and will create our media. We can and will broadcast our media. We can and will censor our own media ourselves. We are over a million.

Visits to the micro-blogging site jumped 131 percent in March to 9.3 million in the U.S., that’s more than5 million users from February, according to data from comScore.
