[14:01] Designer Victoria Beckham acknowledges the audience after presenting her Fall/Winter 2015 collection during New York Fashion Week
The genetic disorder that 18-year-old Madeline Stuart suffers from has not stopped her from modelling for the New York Fashion Week. She will be walking down the ramp at the upcoming event. Victoria Beckham appears on the cover of Vogue Australia's August issue. The fashion designer and former Spice Girl sizzles in the cover shot, unsmiling and looking rather regal in a black-and-white print Louis Vuitton dress from the label’s Fall 2015 ready-to-wear collection.

The British beauty was photographed by Patrick Demarchelier. With her hair in a messy style, and a fresh-faced makeup look, Victoria keeps her beauty look minimal. She was styled by fashion director Christine Centenera. In an interview, Beckham tells the magazine about her business, family and her pop-star past, according to Mirror UK.

The structured dress featured a high neck with long sleeves and puff detailing. It was worn with a black chain belt as showcased on the runway by Nicolas Ghesquiere. The two pictures in the spread show Beckham in a long, black coat and a black and white dress from her Fall/Winter 2015 collection.

Beckham has shared pictures from the shoot on Instagram. She also showcased the monochrome dress from her Fall 2015 collection Look 15 at the New York Fashion Week in February. “Wearing one of my favorite dresses from my Autumn Winter collection x vb @vogueaustralia#VBDoverSt,” she captioned a picture.

The latest issue of Vogue Australia will be on newsstands next Monday.

In the cover story, the mom of four said that people don't always recognize her when she appears in public. She said she'll go to a Marks & Spencer store in her flat shoes with a shopping basket. Amusingly, she admitted that sometimes a checkout cashier will tell her that she looks "like Victoria Beckham."

Though the 41-year-old has a successful career in fashion, her main priority has always been her family. She has four kids with retired soccer star David Beckham -- Brooklyn, 16; Romeo, 12; Cruz, 10; and Harper, 3. Victoria said that, like their dad, her three boys love soccer more than any other sport. She added that the kids also love art and are very creative and arty, adding that her eldest child Brooklyn loves photography.
