Can you believe it’s been six weeks since Carol and Morgan have appeared on AMC’s “The Walking Dead?” The show has been jumping back and forth between storylines on Season 7, but the midseason finale will finally reveal more about Carol and Morgan’s situation.

As fans may recall, Carol (Melissa McBride) and Morgan (Lennie James) were at The Kingdom with King Ezekiel (Khary Payton) and his people, but Carol ended up leaving to go live by herself in a house not too far from The Kingdom.

In a sneak peek of the midseason finale, via E! Online, it’s revealed that Carol is still staying at the house by herself, but she’s had a few visitors. In the clip, Morgan is seen walking through Carol’s yard and she invites him in. Morgan is there to bring her fresh fruit, but she tells him that Ezekiel has also been stopping by to bring her fruit. Carol asks Morgan how he’s been, but she kicks him out of her house after he tells her he’s been doing fine. Clearly, Carol still doesn’t want to be bothered and wants to be left alone.

As Morgan is about to leave, one of the people from The Kingdom comes and tells them he needs to talk to them. In a promo video, seen at the top of this page, the guy warns Carol and Morgan about The Saviors and says that they need to be stopped. “If we don’t do something now, things will go bad. And when they do, we’ll lose everything,” he’s heard saying as different scenes from the episode flash across the screen.

According to TV Guide, the midseason finale will also take viewers back to Alexandria where Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) is awaiting Rick’s (Andrew Lincoln) return. “With members out scavenging for supplies, Negan’s unwelcome visit to Alexandria continues,” the synopsis reads. “With tensions high, things quickly spin out of control.”

“The Walking Dead” Season 7 midseason finale airs Sunday at 9 p.m. EST on AMC.
