Wall St opens down after Case-Shiller, GDP
Wall Street opened lower on Tuesday after data showed home prices rose but at a more sluggish pace and the economy grew more slowly than initially thought in the third quarter.
The Dow Jones industrial average <.DJI> was down 18.44 points, or 0.18 percent, at 10,432.51. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index <.SPX> was down 2.06 points, or 0.19 percent, at 1,104.18. The Nasdaq Composite Index <.IXIC> was down 5.60 points, or 0.26 percent, at 2,170.41.
