Wall Street Opens Lower on Europe Concerns; Intel
(REUTERS) - Stocks opened lower on Monday on lingering concerns about a deal over economic integration in Europe and after Intel Corp. cut its fourth-quarter revenue expectations.
The Dow Jones industrial average dropped 115.87 points, or 0.95 percent, to 12,068.39. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index fell 15.36 points, or 1.22 percent, to 1,239.83. The Nasdaq Composite Index declined 39.35 points, or 1.49 percent, to 2,607.50.
