A video published by the Daily Star Wednesday, depicts a shark biting a GoPro camera.

The video is taken by Raymond Pascoe on a recent fishing trip to Australia. Pascoe was filming a group of lemon sharks eating when a group of bull sharks approached. Bull sharks are known to be aggressive and are one of the species most likely to attack humans, according to the National Geographic. When fully grown bull sharks can get up to 11 feet long.

Pascoe’s camera is then bitten by one of the sharks. He was filming near Swains Reef National Park off Queensland, Australia.

“Normally bull sharks stay down at the bottom but I noticed they were getting more aggressive and had come up to the surface,” said Pascoe to the Star. “I didn't see the bite coming as the camera was probably only one foot under the water.”

Pascoe, 47, had his camera on a pole and dropped it when the shark grabbed it, but was able to retrieve it when the shark let go.

“My first thought was ‘what the hell just happened?” said Pascoe.
