After 15 months as his wife, Amber Heard is over her marriage to “Alice Through the Looking Glass” star Johnny Depp, but she’s not willing to part with his money. The “Magic Mike XXL” actress requested spousal support when she filed for divorce in a Los Angeles court Wednesday.

Depp, 52, swiftly denied the demand, Radar Online reported Thursday. The actor wants his 30-year-old estranged wife to pay for her own legal fees, too.

Unfortunately for Depp, he doesn’t have a prenuptial agreement to protect his fortune, which is estimated at $400 million. They’re about to start an “all-out war” over the money, a source told the gossip site, adding: “He sees her true colors now, and he is not going to back down to her.”

Depp was paid $61.1 million to appear in “Alice Through the Looking Glass,” EarnTheNecklace reported. He earned nearly $40 million for his role in “Black Mass” — and generally commands that kind of money for a film, averaging an annual income of $41.1 million.

While some fans might be shocked by the divorce, those close to the couple aren’t surprised. “Cracks in the relationship became apparent early on,” an insider told Radar Online Thursday. “It just didn’t seem like Amber’s heart was in it for the right reasons. When she met him, it seemed like she had an agenda.” Heard wanted “to further her career and social standing,” the source said.

“Amber never wanted to spend time with him," the insider continued. “She chose to hang out with her hipper and younger friends and would leave him alone for days on end. Of course this would bother him.”

The actor hinted there might be trouble with his marriage when he accepted the Desert Palm Achievement Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival in February. “I also have to thank my wife Amber for putting up with me, for living with all these characters, which can’t be easy,” he said. “It’s hard for me; it’s got to be hard for her.”
