Dance Moms Season 7
“Dance Moms” is coming back sooner than you think! Lifetime

“Dance Moms” fans won’t have to wait long to catch up on all the ALDC drama. Following the conclusion of next week’s two-part finale, Lifetime has revealed when Season 7 of the dancing series will kick off.

Usually, new seasons of “Dance Moms” start in January, but the network is changing things up this time around. Season 7 of “Dance Moms” will star Tuesday, Nov. 29. Viewers can catch the premiere during the show’s usual timeslot at 9 p.m. EST.

A synopsis for episode 1 isn’t available, but Lifetime did release a trailer to In Touch Weekly. Despite ditching Abby in the back half of Season 6, the promo shows the elites returning to her studio. But of course, their comeback doesn’t mean there won’t be anymore drama.

“I need winners on this team. I’m creating one super team. I want to go back to the glory days,” Abby announces in the promo, seemingly referring to the success she had during Maddie Ziegler’s time on the show. Abby goes on to reveal a bombshell: she may be getting rid of some long-standing team members to make way for new dancers.

“We gotta get rid of whose holding this team back. Nobody is safe,” she warns.

Abby won’t just have the challenge of coming up with a super group, though. As previously reported, Cathy Nesbitt Stein and her Candy Apples will return to rustle up the ALDC’s feathers. “I’m back!” Cathy taunts in the trailer.
