Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade have set a wedding date, five months after getting engaged. The couple sent out invitations to wedding guests, making August 30 the special day. The ceremony is going to take place in Miami, their current hometown.

The wedding invitation includes a heart-shaped cut-out of Wade’s sons and nephew, who helped him during his proposal to Union. They are holding colorful signs that read, “Nickie Will U Marry Us.” Union’s middle name is Monique, and Nickie is her nickname.

In December, Wade proposed to the actress, but he did not do it alone. After dating for several years, the 32-year-old enlisted the help of his two sons, Zion, Zaire, and his nephew, Dahveon, to help with the special moment. On the big day, Union was helping out around the house, when suddenly, Wade’s youngest son Zion held a sign with her name. His nephew Dahveon Morris had a sign saying "Will you," and his oldest son Zaire's sign read "marry us?" Wade told the Associated Press.

When Union turned around, Wade was on one knee. "Just a regular Saturday," Wade said. The wedding invitation also has a heart-shaped cut-out capturing the moment Wade went down on one knee to propose to Union.

"My kids were involved in it. We asked her to marry all of us, not just me. We're a package deal, so it was cool." After the shocked actress said “Yes,” he placed a stunning 8.5 carat diamond ring on her ring finger.

When asked about the wedding, Union, 41, told talk show host Arsenio Hall in February that she and her NBA star fiancé are taking a non-traditional route. “No bridesmaids. No bridesmaids, no groomsmen. Trying to wrangle a bunch of broads, like oh, somebody wants one kind of dress, somebody wants something else, you start to not like them after a couple of months. So, yeah. We’re older. This is the second time around. It’s just us and the kids. We’re just riding out, just us.”
