“My Big Fat Fabulous Life” star Whitney Thore continues to tease fans after she announced she was pregnant on the Season 4 premiere of the TLC reality show. Last week, Thore updated fans after the episode aired. But following Tuesday’s episode, she share a simple post.

It was a photo of her and ex-boyfriend Lennie Alehat. Thore’s makeup was perfectly applied and Alehat grinned with his hand on Thore’s shoulder. “Thankful,” the body-positive activist captioned Tuesday’s post. The message was liked nearly 18,000 times by her 336,000 followers.

On Twitter Tuesday, she simply wrote, “Lennie,” and added an emoji of raised hands. For both social media posts she included the tag from the TLC reality show, “MyBigFatFabLife.”

Thankful. #MyBigFatFabLife

Even though she promised fans she would talk about her pregnancy further, Thore didn’t follow through. Instead, she tweeted about her mother, Babs, accusing her of being bisexual, which was a scene from Tuesday night’s episode. “Thanks, Babs, for teaching us what bi-sexual means,” she said, referencing her mother explaining bisexuality to the TLC cameras.

Along with Thore’s pregnancy, her apparent bisexuality has been one of the main topics of Season 4. Babs caught Thore “in bed” with her friend, Dawn. Both of them were topless, but Thore explained Dawn was just giving her a massage.

“I do wish you were in the bed with a man. Maybe. Sometime,” Babs said last week. Thore turned the comment into a meme. “Just casual conversation with Babs while Dad is in the room,” she wrote at the time.

Thore’s pregnancy was not only a shock to her, but to many fans who watched the show. One of the main premises of “My Big Fat Fabulous Life” is that she suffers from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), which makes it nearly impossible for women to become pregnant. Though it is possible for women with PSOC to conceive, they typically have to undergo fertility treatments. In Thore’s case, her pregnancy was an accident.
