“My Big Fat Fabulous Life” star Whitney Way Thore teased for weeks that she might be pregnant after a clip for Season 4 of the TLC reality show debuted. Finally, fans might finally find out if the body positive activist is having a baby on Tuesday’s premiere.

“All of this pregnancy talk has really gotten me kind of paranoid,” the reality star says in an exclusive clip obtained by People Magazine Tuesday. “Technically I suppose I could be pregnant. I don’t think it is likely in any universe at all, but I think that to settle my own mind down I should just take a test.”

Thore, 32, is shown waiting in the bathroom for her test results after she takes a pregnancy test. “Two lines is positive and one line is negative, and I know that it’s just going to be one line,” she says. “The thought of being pregnant scares the s--- out of me.”

Even though she is scared, the dancer is doubtful about being pregnant since she has polycystic ovary syndrome, which makes it difficult to get pregnant.

The clip ends with Thore looking at a possibly positive test. She cries when she sees there are two lines. It might be a false positive, though, since the second line is faint.

In a different trailer for Season 4, Thore calls her ex-boyfriend, Lennie Alehat, to tell him about the result. “Can I see the test?” Lennie requests, stunned. “You don’t believe me?” Thore asks.

“I can’t believe this is happening,” she says. “I didn’t even think it was possible.”

Thore’s father, Glenn, is who normally supportive, does not approve of the apparent pregnancy. “You’ve broken up with Lennie and you come home as an unwed mother,” Glenn says.

To find out what happens, don’t miss “My Big Fat Fabulous Life” when it airs Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
