Now that “True Blood” has reached its season six conclusion, it appears that actor Alexander Skarsgard is focusing more on his personal life. The hit HBO series' 37-year-old star was spotted on a date last week with actress Alicia Vikander, 24, in his home country of Sweden.

Despite being linked to his “The East“ co-star Ellen Page just three months ago, Skarsgard has reportedly been seeing Vikander for more than a year, according to a report in the Daily Mail. The twosome was last spotted grabbing a casual lunch at the Nytorget 6 restaurant in Stockholm last week. While the couple has remained out of the spotlight during their year-long relationship, they’re reportedly already thinking about marriage. “Alex says he's met his best friend and can really see himself marrying Alicia,” a source told Star magazine in 2012. “They are definitely the real deal.”

So who exactly is the woman who has stolen the “True Blood” heartthrob's heart? Swedish native Vikander starred in her first role in the foreign TV movie "Min balsamerade mor" in 2002, but more recently she's been busy with U.S. productions, starring in the Oscar-winning film “Anna Karenina” alongside Keira Knightley in 2012 and in the upcoming action-adventure film “Seventh Son” with Julianne Moore and Jeff Bridges, due out in January. Vikander is currently in pre-production on the action comedy “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.” with director Guy Richie.

Skarsgard was last linked to Ellen Page. Relationship rumors swirled after a photo of the pair cuddling and kissing was posted on Instagram by “The East” director Zal Batmanglij. But a source revealed to People magazine that the co-stars were not an item off-screen, claiming they were “just friends.”
