Pretty Little Liars
Alison (Sasha Pieterse, center) will confront her friends about the red jacket in episode 6 of “Pretty Little Liars.” Freeform

Sorry, “Pretty Little Liars” fans. You’re going to need to wait one more week to get answers to all your questions from episode 5!

“Pretty Little Liars” Season 7, episode 6 will not air on Tuesday, July 26. Instead, a repeat of “Dead of Summer” will air at the 8 p.m. EDT time slot. Freeform viewers will have to catch the new installment of “Pretty Little Liars,” titled “Wanted: Dead Or Alive,” on the following Tuesday, August 2. The hiatus comes after a couple of jaw-dropping reveals the week before.

For those that missed episode 5, Ali (Sasha Pieterse) was finally released from the mental hospital. But she didn’t exactly get a great welcome home party. She’s now in the care of her Aunt Mary Drake (Andrea Parker), who she does not trust — and for good reason. Mary Drake had teamed up with Alison’s lunatic husband, Elliott (Huw Collins), who is actually a man named Archer Dunhill. But Mary Drake wasn’t even her biggest problem. Jenna (Tammin Sursok) showed up at her door looking for Elliott. “Pretty Little Liars” fans still don’t know how Jenna is connected to Elliott. However, it’s not looking good. She was spotted with Sara Harvey (Dre Davis) and Noel Kahn (Brant Daugherty) later in the episode.

The other big cliffhanger from episode 5 involves Aria (Lucy Hale) and Ezra (Ian Harding). Ezra appeared ready to propose to Aria in the final moments. He even visited his late ex-girlfriend’s parents to get their blessing to move forward with his relationship with Aria. But Nicole (Rebecca Breeds) might not really be dead. Aria answered a call on Ezra’s cellphone from Nicole’s number. She didn’t tell Ezra, but only because she thought it was an accidental call that might hurt him.

Episode 6 will find Aria and Ezra dealing with “awkwardness in their relationship.” Does that mean that Aria won’t say yes to Ezra’s proposal? With Elliott’s murder weighing on her mind, who can blame her. To top it off, the police are finding more clues about Elliott. They might figure out that Elliott is really dead — but even the girls are having their doubts about whether they killed him or not. Unfortunately it sounds like this whole situation might tear their group apart. Ali will find out that they told A.D. that she was responsible for Charlotte’s (Vanessa Ray) death. And that’s not going to go well. Plus, the synopsis teases that someone will be killed.

Catch “Pretty Little Liars” Season 7, episode 6 when it airs on Freeform on Tuesday, Aug. 2 at 8 p.m. EDT.
