'Young and the Restless'

On Friday's episode of the CBS soap opera "The Young and the Restless," Marco will set a trap for Victor. The episode will focus on Jack/Marco (Peter Bergman), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Victor (Eric Braeden), Sharon (Sharon Case), Dylan (Steve Burton), Joe (Scott Elrod), Avery (Jessica Collins), Marisa (Sofia Pernas), Paul (Doug Davidson) and Adam/Gabe (Justin Hartley).

The events follow Thursday's episode, which showed Adam making a deal with Marco to set up Victor. Cane pursued Lily and they ended up kissing. But it didn't progress any further because she got some flashbacks as they were about to sleep together.

Marisa discovered something important that she could later use for her or Jack's benefit. Avery and Joe also had a confrontation. And, Marco demanded that Adam help him accomplish his plans, or else one of his loved ones will be in danger. Marco also showed Adam a bulletproof vest and some fake blood.

Plus, Jack reunited with Phyllis but Summer got mad at him and accused him of setting up his grandfather. And Avery was taken by a guy who had a ski mask on and was dressed in black.

TV Guide reports that in Friday's episode, Jack will try to take back his life from Marco. Meanwhile, Marco is planning to trap Victor with a bulletproof vest and fake blood. Sharon and Nikki will face off.

Soaps.sheknows.com reports that Joe will be accused of rape by Avery. Marisa will call Paul about sending officers to Chancellor Park for a possible shooting. Sharon and Dylan will exchange news and information. Joe remembers that when he argued with Avery, he also slapped her at that time.

Marisa tells Jack about Marco and Adam's plan for Victor. As for Victor, he tries to protect Nikki by giving her a bodyguard. Nikki tells Victor that she planned something with Dylan. Victor will go to Chancellor Park where he shoots an Abbott.

The show posted a preview video for its Friday episode on its official YouTube channel. It shows several scenes featuring Marco, Adam, Nikki, Victor, Marisa and Jack. Marco will threaten Adam that he will kill him if he's not on his side. Meanwhile, Nikki asks Victor what he is protecting them from. Marisa and Jack talk about a possible death.
