Michael Baltimore, who previously appeared on the “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After,” has been added to the United States Marshals Service’s 15 Most Wanted List for allegedly murdering Kendell Jerome Cook in May 2021.

The U.S. Marshals revealed in a press release Monday that Baltimore fatally shot Cook, and injured another man at a barbershop owned by Cook in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, on May 22, 2021. Baltimore and Cook had reportedly been in conflict for months before the incident. Court documents also revealed Cook had been receiving threats from Baltimore for two months before he was shot.

Baltimore had worked for Cook until 2019, and later appeared in several episodes of the TLC reality series with his previous employer. The duo, who seemed very close during the filming, even informed Ashley Martson her husband, Jay Smith, had been cheating on her with another woman in the bathroom of Cook’s shop.

Baltimore, who had been on the run since the death of Cook, was now facing murder, assault, homicide and parole violation charges, including possession of prohibited firearm. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has offered a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who can provide information leading to his arrest. The Cumberland County Crime Stoppers has also offered $2,000.

According to the U.S. Marshals, Baltimore has an extensive criminal background, and was known for violence, with warrants from Pennsylvania for other charges of aggravated assault, strangulation, fleeing and eluding, and state parole violations from a previous aggravated assault conviction. Authorities also said he should be considered armed and should not be approached.

“Michael Baltimore poses a serious threat to the community. By placing him on the 15 Most Wanted list, we have made his capture a top priority of the U.S. Marshals Service,” said U.S. Marshals Service Director Ronald Davis in a statement.

Authorities are focusing their search for Baltimore in certain cities and regions, including Los Angeles, Miami, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Virginia, Atlanta, New York, New Jersey and North Carolina.
