"I feel good. Finally. It's been a journey thanks for helping me get my strength back @seckinmd (endo) @jordanternermd (lipo) never thought I would do anything but talk to me after your uterus doesn't contract for 2.5 years and you turn 40," she wrote. "@paulvincent22 vickie Lee (acupuncture) my girl Nicole from the tox my friends and fam. Let's go!"

Schumer also shared the same photos on her Instagram Stories. In one picture, she revealed that she now only weighs 170 lbs.

"Thank you for the amazingly special acknowledgment. I am so happy to have been a part of this journey for you and I'm always here for you through anything," he commented.

Another user shared her experience, saying she went through the same medical procedure as Schumer. The netizen thanked her for sharing her journey with the public.

"Same exact journey as you," @shosh_kebab wrote. "Severe endo, @seckinmd surgery, acupuncture and tox also incredibly helpful to me. And my son is exactly your son's age. Thank you for being so open about your journey. Definitely makes people like me feel more comfortable doing so."

In September, Schumer shared her struggle with endometriosis on Instagram. She uploaded a snap and a video showing her still wearing a hospital gown right after her surgery.

"If you have really painful periods you may have #endometriosis," she wrote in the caption.

In the video, she said the doctor found 30 spots of endometriosis and removed them. Her appendix was also removed because it was affected by her endometriosis.

"There was a lot, a lot of blood in my uterus and I'm, you know, sore and I have some, like, gas pains. But, other than that, I already feel that my energy is [returning]," she added.
