Are Bella Hadid, The Weeknd Back Together? Duo Spotted Vacationing In Tokyo

Model Bella Hadid and singer The Weeknd are on a vacation in Japan, sparking dating rumors once again after their split in November 2016.

On Sunday, the singer posted a video of Hadid laughing and clapping as the pair watching two performers at Robot Bar in Tokyo. The Weeknd later posted a picture with his friends, crediting Hadid for taking the photo in the caption.

The Weeknd, born Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, also posted a series of photos taken inside a private karaoke room in which Hadid can be seen dancing onstage while wearing a light-up headband and embracing the musician.

The 21-year-old model is yet to share any posts from their vacation.

The two were also seen walking around the Shibuya district of Tokyo with bodyguards.

The pair was previously spotted kissing at an after party at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival in May. They also attended a screening of a movie together after which they left for Paris together.

"It was a great day for them and they walked all over the Pigalle. They stopped at the A La Cloche D'or and Blueberry Cafe. They sat outside and had a long conversation," a source told E! News, adding, “He was showing her things on his phone. She was totally at ease, kicking back with a glass of rosé and a cigarette. They left with their arms wrapped around each other laughing and enjoying the evening. He stopped on a street corner to buy her roses, which he carried around the city."

"Bella has always had strong feelings for Abel. He is definitely dating around, but him and Bella are always flirty and spend time together when they see each other. Especially when they are out partying,” a source told E! News in May.

In April, the duo was spotted packing on the PDA at Coachella.

“The Weeknd and Bella were sitting on each other’s laps and all over each other all night long,” an onlooker told People, adding, “They definitely looked like they were fully back together.”

The Grammy winner and the model split in November 2016 after dating for more than a year. Their link-up first came to light in April 2015 after they were seen enjoying each other's company at Coachella.

"They were hanging out in Coachella and were flirting lots," a source had told E! News adding "They have many things in common and really enjoyed each other's company. She loves his music as well. They are hanging out for sure now."

They made their red carpet debut at Grammy awards in February 2016.

In an interview with Glamour magazine in September 2016, Hadid said, "I'm dating Abel. I don't see him as The Weeknd. I'm proud of The Weeknd and the music he makes, but I really love Abel."

"He has worked so hard, and he did so well that night. As a girlfriend I wanted to be there to support him. Seeing him so happy when he won a Grammy made me so happy,” she gushed.
