Barcelona and Arsenal will renew their Champions League rivalry, as they are set to go head-on for the knock-out rounds of the UEFA Champions League as decided by the draw, which took place in Nyon in Switzerland. The draw also brought out a replay of this year's final with holders Inter Milan facing Bayern Munich.

The English pair of Chelsea and Manchester Untied couldn't have hand-picked a more suitable opposition, with the blues facing FC Copenhagen while United face Marseille.

Real Madrid were given a fairly acceptable tie against French club Lyon, while Champions League debutants, Tottenham Hotspur faces a tough two legs against Italian leaders AC Milan.

What is intriguing is that Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, had predicted that his team would be drawn against Barcelona, to whom they lost the 2006 final and was knocked-out in the last season's competition, when he joked at a press conference on Thursday.

I know who we will get. At this level, you need connections, he had said.

The ties will be played out in two legs with the winner chosen through the aggregate score. The full list of the draw is given below:

AS Roma vs. Shakhtar Donetsk

AC Milan vs. Tottenham

Valencia vs. Schalke

Inter Milan vs. Bayern Munich

Lyon v Real Madrid

Arsenal vs. Barcelona

Marseille vs. Manchester United

FC Copenhagen vs. Chelsea

The first leg will be played on February 15/16 and 22/23 and the second leg on March 8/9 and 15/16.
