With the limo arrivals out of the way, Ben Higgins’ journey to find love on “The Bachelor” will continue in episode 2. But if you believed the Season 20 premiere was dramatic, Monday’s installment promises to take things up a notch.

After the episode 1 rose ceremony, 21 contestants remain in the running for Ben’s heart. The ABC reality-television series will immediately get down to business by splitting up the women for two group dates and a one-on-one date.

Episode 2 will kick off with 10 contestants meeting Ben at a Los Angeles high school for a “trip down memory lane.” Although Ben’s with 10 women, Lace will look to catch his attention after her “erratic behavior” on night one. The synopsis teases that she’ll be “desperate to redeem herself.” But will Ben be willing to forgive her? Or is she on the chopping block headed into the second rose ceremony?

Ben will have his first one-on-one after the group date, but he won’t exactly be alone with the lucky lady. The couple will join the stars of “Ride Along 2,” Ice Cube and Kevin Hart, on the set of their new comedy. And the fun won’t stop there. Their star-studded day will conclude with a performance by “Arms of a Woman” singer Amos Lee.

For Ben’s final date of episode 2, the bachelor will go to the Love Lab with six contestants. The group’s members will see who has “the best connection to Ben.” But it sounds as if one woman already knows where her heart lies. The episode 2 description reveals that one contestant will make a “stunning decision” during the rose ceremony.

Watch the drama unfold when “The Bachelor” Season 20, episode 2, airs on ABC Monday, Jan. 11, at 8 p.m. EST.
