Bekah Martinez has opened up about the traumatic experience she had while she was out on a walk with her two children on Friday.

The "Bachelor" alum, 26, detailed the incident on Instagram, revealing that a stranger sexually assaulted her in front of her children. Martinez, who shares her kids Ruth, 2, and Franklin, 8 months, with boyfriend Grayston Leonard, admitted that she felt completely "powerless" when it happened.

"I was just out taking a walk, looking like this, pushing my sleeping baby and holding hands with my toddler, when a teenager skateboarded by and grabbed my a--," she wrote, alongside a photo of her in a long-sleeve tie-dye shirt and brown shorts.

"I felt totally powerless as I screamed at him “THAT IS NOT OKAY. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU? I wanted to chase him down and pull him off his skateboard. Punch him in the back. Do something, anything to get through to him that what he did was so wrong," Martinez continued.

The "Chatty Broads" podcast host went on to say that the stranger "looked so casual" and did not even run away after the incident. He just whizzed past her and only glanced back when he was already a block away.

Martinez added that her 2-year-old daughter, Ruth, was "shaken" while asking her mom if she was OK. "I’m not okay. I’m mad," she continued. "I’m mad that this kid felt bold enough to touch me in the middle of the day, in a neighborhood, with my children by my side. What the f--k is he going to do to a woman when he’s an adult in the cover of night?"

She recalled a similar incident that happened at a beach when she was 21. Martinez said she "felt helpless then, too."

"I hate this. I hate that this is the world my daughter will grow up in," she added. "I hate knowing that there are predators around every turn, every corner. And the world will always be unsafe for women."

A number of celebrities and followers showed support for Martinez after she detailed the incident, with some sharing their own traumatic experiences.

Fellow "Bachelor" alum Becca Tilley commented saying reading about Martinez's experience made her blood boil. "Vanderpump Rules" star Kristen Doute, meanwhile, said the incident made her feel sick.

In her Instagram Stories, Martinez also reminded her followers that "sexual assault is never your fault," despite what others may think.

"It doesn’t matter if you’re a sex worker," the former reality star wrote. "It’s not your fault. No one deserves or asks to be sexually assaulted. No one ever."
