A woman in Australia found a bizarre limb-like object during one of her unwinding trips at a Queensland beach.

The woman went on TikTok and shared a series of videos about her discovery, prompting multiple responses from users as they shared their opinions about the object.

The woman detailed the entire incident in her TikTok posts, saying she thought to have stumbled upon a "giant random animal part" that washed up onto the sand at North Queensland's Magnetic Island, Yahoo News Australia reported.

"The strangest thing I've seen wash up," she wrote, sharing a video of the uncommon find. "It is massive, look!" the woman said in another video, in which she compared the object's enormous size with her feet.

TikTok users poured in their opinions about what they thought the object could be. To some, it looked like a human leg or arm, while others opined that it could be an animal part that had been ripped off by a predator. Some users also compared it to an octopus' tail.

"Am I the only one that seems Slowpokes tail in this," wrote a user, jokingly comparing it to a Pokeman character from the augmented mobile game.

Several users also suggested the object was a whale's penis which got detached from its body. "Willy lost his Willy," said one, according to the outlet.

In a follow-up video, the woman claimed she received confirmation from wildlife experts concurring that the object looked like a whale's body part.

Scientist Dr Vanessa Pirotta told the outlet that the object "does look like a whale penis."

"It's hard to know exactly what this object is without seeing it in the flesh. As a scientist, we want to have as much information on the size, and also how it looks from every single angle so we just don't know at this stage," she said, adding that the object washed up at a place where huge humpback whales can be located.

The scientist, however, dismissed the claims that the "penis" was "bitten off" by another humpback, clarifying that baleens don't have teeth.

Pirotta also pointed out that the baleen whale species was in the area for breeding amid their migration process.
