Rob Kardashian may face assault charges for revenge porn against ex Blac Chyna.

On Thursday, Chyna’s lawyer spoke about the beef between his client and Kardashian. “We are taking this assault against Chyna very seriously and still exploring all available legal remedies to her at this time,” Attorney Walter Mosley told Page Six.

Chyna, 29, and Kardashian, 30, are both residing in California, which introduced an anti-revenge porn or cyber exploitation law in 2013. The crime is defined as “the non-consensual distribution and publication of intimate photos or videos. … These photos or videos are then posted on websites or sold for profit to humiliate, degrade, harass, physically endanger, or extort the victim.”

California Attorney General Kamala Harris vowed that the state would aggressively exercise the law. They would go after any person who would violate it, including the host website. If Kardashian will be proven guilty of revenge porn, he could be sentenced to six months in jail or forced to pay a $1,000 fine.

Attorney Lisa Bloom, actress Mischa Barton’s representative in her revenge porn case against her own ex-boyfriend, also said she believes that Kardashian postin nude photos of his ex without her consent on Instagram and Twitter may constitute a crime. She also suggested that Chyna “likely has a private right of action against [Rob] for money damages for the emotional distress he has surely caused her.”

Chyna and Kardashian’s beef intensified when he found out that she cheated on him. Earlier this week, Kardashian took to Instagram to throw shade after shade at his ex before sharing nude photos of Chyna. Instagram has since shut down Rob’s account, but this did not stop him. He continued to attack his ex by posting explicit photos and videos on Twitter.

In a series of tweets, Kardashian admitted that he spent $100,000 on Chyna’s surgery. However, she left him just a few months after giving birth to their daughter, Dream. He added that he loved his ex and accepted all of her shortcomings. The reality star claimed that he remained loyal to her while they were together and never cheated on her, but she couldn’t do the same thing for him.

“I truly thought Chyna wanted to be a family and that’s why I was so loyal to her, but I learned my lesson and everyone else was right,” he wrote in one tweet.
