For fans looking forward to new episodes of “Black-ish” and “The Mayor” tonight, then we have some bad news.

The two ABC comedies, which normally air on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. EST, respectively, are not on tonight due to the season finale of “Dancing With the Stars,” which begins at 9 p.m. EST.

That said, the half-hour shows will be back next week at their regular times with repeat episodes, and back the week after that, on Dec. 5, with new installments.

When “Black-ish” returns with its next new episode, “Dre [Anthony Anderson] is chosen to lead Stevens & Lido’s new charity campaign which helps people give back to their community,” the synopsis shares.

“When Bow [Tracee Elli Ross] advises Dre that there is more to giving back than cutting checks, he decides to donate some of his clothes to a man in need,” the synopsis continues. “Meanwhile, Junior [Marcus Scribner] fails his driving test, so Ruby [Jenifer Lewis] offers to chaperone a trip with him and the twins on an informative outing.”

As for on the next new episode of “The Mayor,” Courtney (Brandon Micheal Hall) and his friends find out that a historic music venue in their city in closing down due to increased rent costs and they decide to try and save it by putting together a music festival.

Though both “Black-ish” and “The Mayor” are not on tonight, ABC’s other Tuesday comedies, “The Middle” and “Fresh Off the Boat,” are both on tonight with brand new episodes at 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. EST, respectively.

“The Middle” will see Axl (Charlie McDermott) head to Chicago to visit Hutch (Alphonso McAuley) for the weekend only to realize that his friend has changed.

“Fresh Off the Boat” finds Louis (Randall Park) lying to Jessica (Constance Wu) about liking the horror novel she wrote, which puts him in a tough situation.

During the previously mentioned “Dancing With the Stars” season finale that’s on tonight after “Fresh Off the Boat,” the champion will be named and presented with the Mirrorball Trophy.
