BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez dropped a new teaser poster of a double popsicle to show their upcoming collaboration single.

The bright, multi-colored poster which was uploaded on the band’s official social media page includes a black and pink background with an image of a classic double popsicle, one representing BLACKPINK (Pink and Black popsicle) and the other symbolizing the Hollywood star Selena Gomez. The popsicle sticks also featured the names of the "Lose You To Love Me" singer and the Band.

Selena also posted a picture on her Instagram page, giving fans a sneak peek into the music video with the caption "SELPINK pulling up soon. 8/28." The picture consists of a close up of a truck’s number plate with the words "selpink" written on it.

The fans of BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez are in for a treat as the tempting teaser hints towards a bright, gleeful, and refreshing theme. Fans of both artists are highly anticipating the upcoming pre-release single which is one of the most exciting collaboration projects of the year so far.

BLACKPINK’s "How You Like That" was the first pre-release song for their upcoming debut studio album called "The Album" with the Selena Gomez and BLACKPINK collaboration single being the second. "How You Like That" was a huge hit and officially bagged the record for the highest-charting song for a K-Pop girl group on the Billboard's Hot 100 chart.

Though both Selena Gomez and BLACKPINK’s agency had confirmed that they would be collaborating, neither of them has revealed the name of the song as yet.

Meanwhile, all four members of the band (Lisa, Jennie, Rosé, and Jisoo) also posted the teaser poster on their individual Instagram accounts.

According to Allkpop, all four members of BLACKPINK posted selfies of themselves holding an ice cream in celebration of "World Ice Cream Day," which caught the attention of many fans who now believe that they might have been comeback hints.

The new pre-release single will be out on Aug. 28 at 1 p.m. KST (12 a.m. EST) and BLACKPINK’s studio album will release on Oct. 2.
