Blake Shelton Celebrates Opening Of New Music Venue With Drinks
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani celebrated the launch of the country singer’s new music venue in Oklahoma recently. After the launch, Shelton played a game of “Smith Works Pong,” in which he had to drink vodka from a large cup for losing.
Shelton had invited his friend Luke Bryan to be the emcee for the opening night, and he latter shared a picture of the event with him on stage on Instagram. The name of the music venture is Dog House, and the opening night was fun for all the attendees, who saw Bryan and Shelton have drinks as though they were on a date. The playful picture of the two of them drinking has also been shared online.
The music performances of the night included one by Shelton as well. The country singer shared a picture of his performance on Instagram and announced to his fans that the Dog House is now open for the public.
Stefani also joined her boyfriend at the launch night. She shared a few videos of the country singers performance on her Instagram Stories page. Among the songs that Shelton played that night was “God’s Country,” which he released recently.
After the launch party, Shelton played a game that he called “Smith Works Pong,” a game named after the vodka brand of the country singer. The game involved drum sized cups that carried the name of the brand, and they contained vodka. The objective of the game was to throw a ball in the opponent’s cups.
Shelton shared a short clip of him playing the game on Instagram. After missing his shot, the country singer had to drink the vodka from the massive cup because his opponent, who was his niece, managed to get the ball in the cup.
“Well, if I have to,” Shelton said before he reluctantly picked up the massive cup to drink the vodka in it. The country singer just dropped the cup over his head after finishing the drink, and the comical music continued to play in the background.
