Nicole n "The Bold and the Beautiful"
Nicole (Reign Edwards) continues to express heartache over not being able to have any children other than Lizzie on the June 6, 2017 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.” CBS

She was dealt a cruel blow when she learned her previous pregnancy had made it possible that she could never have another baby. Now, as she continues trying to process the news, Nicole will express her continued heartache over the situation on the Tuesday, June 6 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

After expressing concern that she hadn’t gotten pregnant yet with husband Zende (Rome Flynn), Nicole (Reign Edwards) went to see a doctor on the CBS soap, only to learn that scarring from when she carried Lizzy for Maya (Karla Mosley) and Rick (Jacob Young) has made it significantly more difficult for her when it comes to the ability to conceive, and she could be infertile. Now, she’s been devastated, because the only child she did give birth to is her sister’s, and she can’t have one for herself.

To add to the drama, Maya is currently in Paris working on her modeling career, meaning Nicole and others have been left to take care of Lizzy while she’s away. Now, after giving Rick attitude about the situation on the phone, Nicole will get a visit from her father, Julius (Obba Babatunde), as he tells her he’s proud of how she's handled things and taken care of her niece.

“I’m really proud of you,” he says in a clip.

“What do you mean?” Nicole asks.

“The way you’re taking care of Lizzy. Stepping in,” Julius replies.

However, Nicole will then admit to her father that it’s been more difficult for her than she could imagine, especially since she’s been dreaming of having her own child and doesn’t know if she can. She will then admit to her father that she keeps seeing Lizzy when she dreams about her potential other children, an early sign that she may be feeling even more attached to Lizzy than she ever was before.

“When I think about having kids with Zende, they all look like Lizzy,” she admits.

Meanwhile, others are also beginning to worry about Nicole because they’ve noticed a change in her behavior since she started watching Lizzy more. They don’t know what’s really going on with her or in her mind, or the fact that she may in fact be infertile, but they’ll still be concerned about what’s happening.

“She was basically implying that Maya shouldn’t be taking any of these modeling gigs now that she has Lizzy to take care of,” Coco (Courtney Grosbeck) tells RJ (Anthony Turpel).

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
