He believed she was marrying his father as a form of retaliation for his make out session with Hope. Now, Liam will learn the truth from Steffy about what exactly happened between her and Bill on the Friday, August 3 episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful."

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) had previously agreed to marry Bill (Don Diamont) on the CBS soap in order to get his shares in Forrester Creations, but in the end, she decided the best thing for her was to be alone. She no longer wanted to be with Liam (Scott Clifton) because she knew he would never make up his mind between her and Hope (Annika Noelle), but she knew she couldn't be with Bill either. Though he still wished she would be his wife, Bill gave her the shares anyway, and Steffy has since revealed to her family that the company is totally in their control once again.

Now, with everyone else aware that she Isn't the new Mrs. Bil Spencer, she is set to inform Liam as well and will do so when he pays her a visit at Forrester.

"I didn't marry your father Liam," she says in a preview clip for the episode.

Liam will be relieved that she didn't go through with the marriage plan but may need to be reminded that she has no intention of reuniting with him either. After seeing him and Hope together after the fashion show, she wants them to be together and plans to keep her personal focus solely on herself and her daughter.

Meanwhile, as they discuss things, Hope will reveal to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) that while it will be difficult, she knows that she, Liam and Steffy will all need to figure out a way to work together going forward without tension.

"Liam, Steffy and I, we're going to have to figure out a way to move forward," she says in the clip.

Knowing Liam's history, however, Brooke will encourage Hope to interrupt Steffy and Liam's conversation. When she does, it could lead to more consequences for the future all three have.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
