Remember that old rumor about “Stimulated” rapper Tyga having a three-year tryst with transgender porn star Mia Isabella? Well, it came back to haunt “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kylie Jenner. The latest rumor claims Mia Isabella had a relationship with Charlie Sheen, who is HIV-positive, In Touch Weekly wrote in an exclusive report Tuesday. This means there is a chance Jenner could be infected, too.

“As soon as Kylie’s mom, Kris [Jenner], found out about Tyga’s connection to the same transgender woman that Charlie was involved with, she went ballistic,” a source told In Touch Weekly, according to Radar Online. “For obvious reasons, Kris insisted that Kylie get to the bottom of this potentially life-threatening mess. So Kylie went straight to Tyga and confronted him.”

Not surprisingly, Tyga denied that he had any affiliation with the model. It’s not the first time he denied having a relationship with Mia Isabella. Still, Jenner’s “a total wreck.”

Despite Tyga’s denials, Mia Isabella said they were together for years. “We continued in our friendship until it did become romantic and we dated steadily for a few years,” she said over the summer.

Though Mia Isabella didn’t address the rumors directly, she seemed to talk about the Jenner-Tyga-Sheen drama when she tweeted Monday. “Literally laughing at the nonsense #mood,” she wrote. Over the weekend she added: “I swear I’m never dating celebrity men again! I just want an elegant, quiet life with a high net worth, LOW profile husband, good sex, and no drama.”

After finding out about Sheen’s diagnosis, Mia Isabella told Entertainment Tonight she wished him well. "That is hard news to hear I'm saddened but know him as an incredible person and advocate," she said last Tuesday. "My memories of him reflect a warrior and super brave person so I know he will navigate through this with strength. He isn't afraid of facing any public scrutiny and speaking frankly and I have nothing but admiration for his friendship."
