The Chelsea Handler vs. Heather McDonald feud isn’t going anywhere. After the former “Chelsea Lately” host responded to her former friend’s diss, an interview McDonald gave before the new year was unearthed. McDonald claimed Chuy Bravo, Handler’s sidekick on the E! late night show, was treated unfairly.

“The whole relationship on the show between Chelsea and Chuy was so wrong and so inappropriate -- basically like she owned a slave or a pet, but people didn’t care because the little people were just so happy that a little person had a job, that she was a supporter of little people,” McDonald said on the podcast “Fairly Normal with Josh Wolf,” according to Radar Online.

Handler, 40, is livid McDonald is speaking against her. She reportedly sent McDonald a text message that asked her former friend to stop airing her business. “She reached out to her Wednesday night and basically told her to shut her mouth,” a source told Radar Online.

The public feud started when McDonald, 45, said she “lived in fear” while working on “Chelsea Lately” for seven years. Handler, who responded by saying she should be scared now, slammed McDonald for speaking behind her back during an interview with Jenny McCarthy Tuesday. "She would never say anything my face. She would only say that on the radio," Handler told McCarthy. "She would never because she's f---king scared, and she should be. Now she should really be scared. What a loser.”

Now that “Chelsea Lately” is over, Handler has a new gig with Netflix. Her four-part docu-series, “Chelsea Does,” will be available Saturday. She is expected to discuss topics she thinks need to be further explored, like marriage, racism, Silicon Valley and drugs.
