Chris Pratt, Katherine Schwarzenegger Going Strong Despite Rumors Busy Schedule Creating Trouble

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are going strong despite rumors of problems in their relationship because of the actor’s busy schedule. Gossip Cop debunked a report by Life & Style which claimed Schwarzenegger was heard complaining to a friend about Pratt’s busy schedule.

The magazine’s insider quotes Schwarzenegger saying, “I don’t see Chris enough. He works all the time.” However, the magazine does not reveal where or when these statements were made.

“Katherine is not an actress, so she’s not used to the long film shoots and being apart for months. This is not a good sign for their budding romance,” the insider said.

Pratt’s spokesperson declined the rumors and called them “inaccurate.”

On Wednesday, Gossip Cop debunked a report by Life & Style’s sister publication, In Touch, which claimed the two were engaged.

The magazine quoted an insider saying, “The proposal was very simple and understated. They didn’t want to draw any attention to it. She’s a simple girl. She didn’t need an over-the-top production.”

The insider also said Schwarzenegger “can’t wait for them to become husband and wife” and she “can’t wait to become an official stepmom” to the actor’s 5-year-old son Jack.

Recently, the couple was spotted stepping out for a casual date in Los Angeles. A source told People they were “on a church date” and were seen in “high spirits.”

The duo also had a dinner with her family earlier this month. Her brother Patrick Schwarzenegger posted a video on Instagram where the couple were seen seated at the end of the table.

An insider said the two have been spending a lot of time together.

“They are spending every day together and Katherine has met Jack several times. They seem to be getting more serious,” the source said.

The two were first photographed together on a picnic date in June this year.

"It's still very new between Chris and Katherine but the picnic was not their first date. They have been on multiple low key dates and have been talking consistently for the last two months or so," an insider told E! News. "They both really like each other. Chris is smitten by Katherine and is super happy about how it's going so far.”

The news came about a year after Pratt split from Anna Faris. The former couple called it quits in August 2017 after eight years of marriage.

"Anna and I are sad to announce we are legally separating. We tried hard for a long time, and we're really disappointed. Our son has two parents who love him very much and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible moving forward. We still have love for each other, will always cherish our time together and continue to have the deepest respect for one another,” Chris wrote on Facebook at the time.
