Chris Pratt's Wife Katherine Schwarzenegger Shows Off Baby Bump After Pregnancy Confirmation

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are expecting their first baby together.

The “Jurassic World” actor and his author wife tied the knot 10 months ago. At present, they are gearing to welcome their first baby.

On Friday, the 30-year-old soon-to-be mom was photographed with her growing baby bump. Schwarzenegger displayed her belly when she walked her dog with her mom Maria Shriver in Los Angeles.

Pratt’s wife wore a loose beige striped jumpsuit with a baby blue zip-up jacket which she left open. She tied her hair and accessorized with dark sunglasses.

“The couple knew going into their relationship that having kids together was important to them, so when they found out the news they were extremely happy,” an insider said.

“Although Katherine was busy promoting her book in the beginning of her pregnancy, she now has time to be at home and get things ready for when the new addition arrives. Chris is so excited.”

In January 2019, Pratt opened up about his future with Schwarzenegger. He said that he wanted to have a lot of kids with his wife.

“The future? Oh. Lots of kids. Maybe less time spent working, more time spent enjoying life,” he told Entertainment Tonight.

“I always want to be that guy that works to live, not lives to work. I think [I want to spend] just a lot of time at the farm and a lot of time catching a lot of fish and seeing lots of sunsets.”

Several sources also confirmed Schwarzenegger’s pregnancy to People. The upcoming baby will be the first for Schwarzenegger and second for the “Joy” actor. Pratt already has 7-year-old son, Jack, with ex-wife, Anna Faris.

Pratt and Faris broke up in 2017. Faris published a memoir titled “Unqualified” following their split. The “Scary Movie” star said that Pratt was a thoughtful partner. He had the habit of sending her flowers, handwritten notes and letters.

“They were like old-timey war letters that said things like, 'Honey, I'm dreaming of the day I get to hold you again.' For such a dude, he's really thoughtful,” Faris wrote.
