An MMA fight between an internet sensation and UFC superstar Conor McGregor could happen soon.

McGregor is arguably the most controversial fighter in all MMA. Not only because of his flamboyant character and in-fight antics but because he has kept himself open to fight anybody out UFC.

Just recently, McGregor is once again about to be involved in another hyped up fight as internet sensation Logan Paul called him out. In Paul’s recent media scrum with Fight Hub TV, he vowed to be the fighter McGregor should fight next. Although Paul is just about to have his pro boxing debut in November, he is already confident that he can take on the UFC star in a fight.

“Conor McGregor? Me! I swear to God. I’ll fight Conor,” Paul answered when asked who should McGregor fight next.

Paul’s thirst for a fight McGregor may have been fueled by the infamous “old man punching in the face” scandal courtesy of McGregor himself. Paul mentioned the said scandal and dissed McGregor for his act. The internet sensation even laughed at McGregor and commended the old man for taking a hard shot from the UFC star.

“He (Old man) did take it. He took the punch and then just like jagged his whiskey,” Paul said.

As early as now, Paul’s plan to fight in MMA is already starting to take a step to fruition. In a different video, Paul admitted his obsession with MMA and insisted that he would like to do MMA after his boxing debut.

“No offense Eddie (Hearn), I’m a MMA fan. I wanna do MMA after this,” he said.

Paul’s manager and fight promoter Eddie Hearn barged in as Paul talked about his desire to fight in MMA and said they could make an MMA fight possible as well.

Surprised by what Hearn said, Paul smiled and was very happy that he already has his promoter’s support.

“He can do anything,” Paul said.

Aside from McGregor, Paul also talked about UFC lightweight champ Khabib Nurmagomedov. As per Paul, the Russian fighter is unbeatable in MMA.

“I don’t think Khabib’s a human being. I don’t know where he came from but in my eyes his unbeatable,” Paul said.

Meanwhile, Khabib’s father just stated that he wants his son to retire after securing his 30th win. With Khabib eyeing for Georges St-Pierre and continuously being linked with Tony Ferguson next, McGregor’s chance for a rematch seems to go downhill once again.
