The crypto market remains in the red Wednesday as Bitcoin (BTC), the world's biggest cryptocurrency, retained $20,000, and as of 12:18 a.m. ET, was trading at $20,291. In the last 24 hours, BTC price has dropped 2.02%.

The market capitalization of Bitcoin also fell by around 1.98% and as per CoinMarketCap data, now stands at $387.4 billion. The market dominance of BTC has also fallen to 42.58%.

Ether (ETH), the second most famous crypto, lost 2.95% in the last 24 hours and as of 12:19 a.m. ET was priced at $1,148. The market capitalization of the world's second-biggest cryptocurrency stands at around $139.06 billion.

One of the biggest gainers in the market, despite the cloud of bearishness that has failed to lift, is Luna Classic (LUNC), which was one of the biggest financial disasters in the crypto industry. In the past 24 hours, the price of LUNC soared 73.18%, and as of 12:20 a,m. ET, 1 LUNC was worth $0.0001491. The market capitalization of the token was about to hit the $1 billion mark was currently at $949.56 million.

Another crypto token that rose was USTC, a stablecoin that was supposed to be pegged to the dollar at a 1:1 ratio but failed to do so. USTC surged 294.38% in the last 24 hours, and as of 12:21 a.m. ET was priced at $0.07104.

Almost every major cryptocurrency was bearish including Solana (SOL), which dropped 5.74%; Dogecoin (DOGE), which dropped 4.66%; and Cardano (ADA), which dropped 1.74%.
