The crypto market turned bullish Tuesday with almost every cryptocurrency in green. Bitcoin (BTC) successfully broke through the $20,000 price level while Ether (ETH) was trying to break the $1,400 price region.

The leading cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin and Ether, were up 6.63% and 6.29%, respectively, in the last 24 hours despite BTC losing the $19,000 price region Monday.

The price of BTC and ETH tokens as of 12.00 a.m. ET was $20,125 and $1,385, respectively, according to data from CoinMarketCap.

The trading volume of BTC jumped 89.68% in the last 24 hours, while that of ETH surged 33.69%, confirming an increase in purchase volume of these cryptocurrencies.

Data from Alternative.me showed the crypto market sentiment was "extreme fear" and the value on the Fear and Greed Index was 20. Moreover, in the last seven days, BTC rose 3.87%, while ETH's price was up 2.23%.

Almost every other crypto coin in the top 10 was bullish with Solana (SOL) up 7.09% to $34.79; Binance Coin (BNB) up 3.86% to $283.52; Cardano (ADA) up 3.29% to $0.4585; Dogecoin (DOGE) up 1.89% to $0.06252; and Ripple (XRP) down 1.18% to $0.4767.

The top losers in the crypto market were Algorand (ALGO), which was down 0.22% to $0.3725; PAX Gold (PAXG), which slipped 0.59% to $1,623; Reserve Rights (RSR), which was down 1.51% to $0.007832; and Braintrust (BTRST), which dropped 2.94% to $2.41.

The top gainers included Uniswap (UNI), which was up 11.53% to $6.31; Terra Classic (LUNC), which was up 54.42% to $0.0003018; Maker (MKR), which was up 9.40% to $751.96; and STEPN (GMT), which was up 13.71% to $0.7011.

Other major tokens were also bullish in the market as of 12:05 a.m. ET with Polkadot (DOT) up 7.11% to $6.75; Polygon (MATIC) up 5.59% to $0.779; and Monero (XMR) up 7.05% to $151.20.
