We’re only a few days away from finding out which Season 21 couple will be named the “Dancing With the Stars” champions! But before the four finalists (Bindi Irwin, Alek Skarlatos, Carlos PenaVega and Nick Carter) step onto the ballroom floor to perform their final routines, judge Carrie Ann Inaba has a few choice words she’d like the share with the celebrity contestants.

In a blog post for Parade, the judge of the long-running ABC series unveiled the surprising advice she has for the 2015 competitors. According to Inaba, she’d love to see sweet and smiley Bindi swivel her hips more in the final week of the competition.

“With so many ballroom dances, when someone gets the salsa we like to see them loosen up and really tap into the less-formal style of the salsa,” the judge wrote in the post, noting that she wished Derek Hough’s partner had added a little more “grit” to her Week 9 performance.

Judge Julianne Hough bolstered Inaba’s comment during Monday night's installment when she said she'd hoped Bindi’s inner bad girl would have been unleashed during the routine. “I got to say, for me, I wish I would have seen a little more down-and-dirty because that’s what salsa is all about,” the blond dancer noted. Can Bindi bring the heat to the finale?

Alek Skarlatos is another contestant Inaba believes should work on his fluidity before the finale. The dancer seems to excel at moving with “clarity” and performing with a “proper technique” but if the American soldier wants to win the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy, he’s going to have to find his rhythm.

Inaba noted that while Carlos PenaVega has the makings of a “DWTS” champ, he tends to perform “tricks” during his routines that dull his raw talent. “At this stage, I want to see substance in his performance and if a prop supports that substance of the number then it works better,” the judge said, adding that her advice to the determined contestant is to focus on his posture. “He had problems with it in the beginning [of the season] and I’m starting to see a bit of his posture starting to get lost.”

Lastly, Inaba expressed her concerns for pro dancer Sharna Burgess’ partner, Nick Carter. The judge revealed that the Backstreet Boys member is a sensitive performer, one who “throws his heart and soul into everything he does.” And because of that, his performances can sometimes be affected by the vast and wild emotions running through him. In Week 9, viewers got a glimpse of that particular struggle when he flubbed his choreography.

During an interview with ABC’s “Good Morning America,” former "DWTS" champion Tony Dovolani teased just how hard the finalists and their professional partners are training for the finale.

“I think the only thing that’s missing is the sleeping bags,” he said, adding that the competitors are working relentlessly to win the competition.

The “Dancing With the Stars” Season 21 finale will air Monday, Nov. 23, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
