Abigail and Chad on "Days of Our Lives"
Abigail (Marci Miller) questions Chad (Billy Flynn) about how he handled Deimos (Vincent Irizarry, not pictured) on the March 31, 2017 episode of “Days of Our Lives.” NBC

He wanted to get revenge on his enemy for the stunt he pulled that nearly killed the two women he loves. On the Friday, March 31 episode of “Days of Our Lives” however, Chad will realize Abigail isn’t too keen on his decision to get violent with Deimos.

After Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) tried to destroy Chad (Billy Flynn) by kidnapping and poisoning both Abigail (Marci Miller) and Gabi (Camilla Banus), the young DiMera tapped into his dark side on the NBC soap. After getting Deimos secluded, Chad had him beaten badly and played psychological games with him. Deimos then agreed to his terms of no more violence in their ongoing battle before Chad left him alone to figure out an escape plan for himself.

Deimos did eventually free himself, and the bruises on his face caused Hope (Kristian Alfonso) some concern when she saw them. She was able to quickly learn that they were there because of Chad, and she warned Abigail about what happened because Deimos is certainly not agreeing to an end to the violence and attacks on the ones Chad loves.

Now, Abigail will confront Chad over what he did and will reveal she doesn’t think he handled things the right way. She’s especially scared that he tapped into the dark side of his DiMera heritage to get the revenge because she knows from experience that once a DiMera goes to that side, they rarely make it back to being a good person. She will also be concerned that he has opened up both her and their son to more danger. However, Chad may defend himself and assure her that he had Deimos’ word, unaware that his enemy’s word is worthless.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
