All is fair in love and … revenge? The lovey-dovey Valentine’s Day spirit in Salem will be over by the time Monday rolls around on “Days of Our Lives.”

Fans of the NBC soap opera left off with the residents of Salem having dreams about their romantic lives on Valentine’s Day. Nicole (Arianne Zucker) received a visit from the ghost of her dead fiancé, Daniel (Shawn Christian), and Theresa (Jen Lilley) had a dream that Brady (Eric Martsolf) was going to marry Nicole. Rafe (Galen Gering) came face-to-face with Andre (Thaao Penghlis) in his dream, while Abigail (Kate Mansi) had a nightmare involving Chad’s (Billy Flynn) evil twin. In the end, everyone woke safe and sound. However, that doesn’t mean that things will be OK heading into this week.

The synopsis for Monday’s episode reveals that Brady will finally get some answers about the mysterious woman he keeps dreaming about. Who is she? And what did she mean to Daniel? Meanwhile, Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) will continue to stir up trouble around town. Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) will learn some “surprising information” about the new Salem villain, and Eduardo (A Martinez) will get nervous when he sees Deimos “making moves on Kate [Lauren Koslow].”

The Andre revenge storyline will play out mid-week when Chad begins to get suspicious about his missing father. Although Andre has been trying to tell him that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe killed Stefano, Chad will suspect that Andre played a role in his death. Andre will later discover that Hope and Rafe “set him up.”

Things will get emotional in Thursday’s episode when Brady leaves Salem to travel to California to find the woman from his dreams. Belle (Martha Madison) will face a harsh reality after coming to a decision about Philip. She’ll turn to Shawn (Brandon Beemer), who is no longer interested in rekindling things with his estranged wife. Eric’s (Greg Vaughan) not in any better shape. He will receive “devastating news” and turn to Jennifer for comfort. But Jennifer will be battling her own demons as her addiction to painkillers begins to affect her work.

The big drama this week will involve the Steve (Stephen Nichols), Ava (Tamara Braun) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans ) love triangle. “Days of Our Lives” viewers will remember that Ava kidnapped Kayla in order to get Steve to help her find their son. Ava manipulated Steve into sleeping with her — and that will all come back to haunt him. Ava will leak their sex tape, alerting Kayla to the affair. But will Kayla understand Steve’s reasoning for the steamy hookup? Or will Ava finally win?
