There was a winner in Saturday's big Powerball drawing.

The winning ticket was sold in Florida and will receive the $285.6 million jackpot or the cash option of $196.7 million, according to the Powerball website.

The June 5 winning numbers were: 44 - 52 - 54 - 64 - 69 and Powerball 26. The Powerplay was 3x.

The latest winner comes after a 23-year-old Florida man in April won a $235.4 million Powerball jackpot.

While this recent jackpot is massive, it is still far below the record for a one-player winner. In March 2019, a winning ticket from Wisconsin took a $768.4 million jackpot.

Because a winning ticket was sold, Powerball will reset the jackpot to $20 million with a cash option of $13.8 million. Powerball is played on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Powerball is played in 45 states, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Washington, D.C.

Meanwhile, the jackpot for Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing is up to $56 million with a cash option of $38.3 million.
