The Cincinnati Bengals host the Miami Dolphins to kick off NFL Week 4. The Thursday night matchup is one of the best games on the upcoming schedule, featuring the defending AFC champions and the conference's last undefeated team in the 2022 season.

Amazon Prime Video will have the lone national broadcast of Thursday night's game. Viewers in Cincinnati can watch the contest locally on TV on WCPO 9. In Miami, fans can watch the Dolphins play on WSFL-TV.

While the Dolphins are atop the AFC standings, they are up to four-point underdogs at DraftKings Sportsbook. The betting odds continue to move in favor of the 1-2 Bengals, which are coming off their first victory of the season.

There are injury concerns for Tua Tagovailoa, who was evaluated for a concussion during Miami's 21-19 win over the Buffalo Bills in Week 3. The team says that Tagovailoa didn't sustain a head injury, but the starting quarterback is instead dealing with back and ankle injuries. Tagovailoa plans to play Thursday, though he's been limited in practice and his status remains uncertain.

Tagovailoa is second among all quarterbacks with 925 passing yards and a 117.8 passer rating.

Tagovailoa has thrust himself into the very early MVP conversation by defeating some of the league's top quarterbacks. After leading the Dolphins to a 21-point, fourth-quarterback comeback against Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens, Tagovailoa and Miami upset Josh Allen and the Super Bowl favorite Buffalo Bills.

Miami had no trouble beating the New England Patriots, a playoff team last season, in the season opener.

Cincinnati, on the other hand, has been one of the league's most disappointing teams. The Bengals lost as heavy betting favorites on last-second field goals in each of the first two weeks. The Bengals bounced back in Week 3 with a 27-12 victory over the New York Jets.

Joe Burrow had five turnovers in Week 1. The star quarterback has thrown four touchdown passes and no interceptions since the opener.

Thursday marks the first meeting between Burrow and Tagovailoa since they squared off during the 2019 college football season. Burrow completed 31-of-39 passes for 393 yards and three scores in LSU's 46-41 win over Alabama. Tagovailoa had 418 passing yards, four touchdowns and an interception in defeat.

Home teams are 2-0 on short rest in Thursday night games to start the season. The Cleveland Browns defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 29-17 last week.
